JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-11-2021 The petitioner's application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, registered as C.W.J.C. No. 19609 of 2018, was dismissed by this Court by an order dated 28.11.2018 on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction.

While rejecting the petitioner's application, the Court noticed that the petitioner had taken admission in NOIDA (U.P.) and merely because the examination center was located at Darbhanga, within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court, no

Patna High Court C. REV. No.29 of 2019(5) dt.24-11-2021 2/2 cause of action from the point of view of correction in his date of birth could be said to have arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

This application has been filed seeking review of the aforesaid order dated 28.11.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it has been incorrectly mentioned that the petitioner had been admitted in National Institute of Open School, NOIDA (U.P.). He contends that as a matter of fact, the petitioner was admitted in an institute within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. On perusal of the writ application, I do not find such statement made therein.

In my opinion, no case is made out of review of the order.

This application is accordingly dismissed.
