In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 176 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner and his family members to have killed the victim and on the next day, the dead body of the victim was recovered from the bank of Falgu River.

At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. Mahesh/- (Shivaji Pandey, J) U
