2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika in Ward No.77, Village- Kurur after removing the respondent No.6 who has been selected illegally.

3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the present writ petition is not maintainable due to the reason that under the Guidelines for appointment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahaika, there is specific

Patna High Court CWJC No.9992 of 2018(2) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 authority before whom the petitioner has to approach first.

4. As such, the present writ application stands disposed off, directing the petitioner to avail remedy under the Guidelines for appointment of Anganwari Sevika/Sahaika.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed off.
