JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 As per allegation, the accused persons including the petitioners entered into the house of the informant and they assaulted the husband and son of the informant. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner no. 2 was arrested during the pendency of this anticipatory bail petition and anticipatory bail petition of petitioner no. 2 was dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 13.05.2022. So far as other petitioners are concerned, they were granted provisional anticipatory bail, vide order dated 13.05.2022 and the case diary has been called for.
