In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Kotwali P.S.Case No. 290 of 2014 registered u/s 419, 420/34 IPC and 10 of Bihar Examination Conduct Act as also Section 66 of the Information and Technology Act.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he impersonated Sunil Kumar and appeared in the examination but was caught at the examination centre itself. He is in custody since 20th October 2014 having no criminal antecedent.
