JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 474 of 2019 (corresponding to G.R. No. 3274/2019), registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332, 387, 436, 511, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and several others is of assault to police personnel.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has not criminal antecedent and has falsely been made accused in this case and he has been in judicial custody for more than two months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6925 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 474 of 2019 (corresponding to G.R. No. 3274/2019).
