2. The petitioners are in custody since 16.08.2014 in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2014 for the offences alleged under Sections 147,148, 149, 323, 325, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code

3. It is submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties, who are Gotias, in relation to the land dispute. Accusations are general and omnibus in nature. No specific assault has been attributed to these petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have already suffered a period of more than six months in jail.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and
