JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and others is of firing on the father of informant causing his death. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation is of firing against several accused persons and only four fire arm injuries have been found on the person of the deceased. Further he has no criminal antecedent and he has been in custody since 17.04.2019.

Learned counsels for the State and informant opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that in the mela in front of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7263 of 2020(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 several persons, father of the informant was shot dead and informant is the eye witness of the occurrence. Having heard both sides, in view of the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. This application is accordingly dismissed.
