2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioners as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 02.08.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.48019 of 2023.

3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 807 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 365, 370, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The accused persons including the petitioners have taken away the wife of the informant for selling her for Rs. 2 lakhs.

5. The trial has started and three witnesses have been examined. The petitioners are in jail since 02.09.2022.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.

7. Considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioners and the fact that the trial has started, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
