2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 477 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS Act (302, 34 of the IPC).

3. As per the allegation, on 14.11.2024 at about 08:00 P.M., a dispute arose between Pappu Singh and Bindeshwari Singh over making a khalihan on Manoj Singh's land. During the altercation, all the accused persons, including the petitioners, allegedly assaulted Pappu Singh with lathi, causing serious injuries. He was taken to PHC Obra, then to Sadar Hospital, and later referred to Banaras, where he died on 15.11.2024.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus. There is a land dispute between the parties. There is a case and counter case. Both parties have compromised the case. He has further submitted that, on exactly similar footing, co-accused Guriya Devi @ Gudiya Devi has been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 12785 of 2025.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, are directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 477 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
