Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the writ petition. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities, particularly Respondent No. 5, the Sub-Registrar, Patna City to issue original copy of the registered sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner and his wife by Respondent Nos. 7 to 9 in 2001 for which acknowledgment receipts bearing numbers 219860, 219859 and 683269 were issued in lieu thereof by Respondent No. 5. It appears that for redressal of his grievance the petitioner has never submitted any representation before the Respondent No. 3, the Collector, Patna.

In the circumstances, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17887 of 2017(2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Respondent No. 5, the Sub-Registrar, Patna City within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and it is expected from Respondent No. 5 to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.
