The petitioner seeks bail in Mahila (Kishanganj) P.S. Case No.48 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 376, 313, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4/8 POCSO Act..

Petitioner is Headmaster of the School and he has abused his authority by perpetuated sexual assault on the student of the said School.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
