JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. He has been apprehended merely on the basis of suspicion. It appears that self incriminating statement of the petitioner has been recorded and, on that basis, he has been made accused. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been put on any Test Identification Parade and there is no recovery from his person.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, Ranjeet Kumar @ Chandan Kumar, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48636 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Barbigha (Kewti O.P.) Police Station Case No. 217 of 2014.
