Petitioners seek bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No.100/2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 20(b)(ii)(B)/22/23 of NDPS Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that earlier prayer of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.61463 of 2019 with observation that petitioners may renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submits that charges have already been framed and petitioners are in custody since 13.06.2019.
