2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 448, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, Petitioner No. 1 is alleged to have assaulted the informant with butt of pistol and Petitioner No. 2 is alleged to have assaulted the informant with iron rod.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that as per the F.I.R., both these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant but the doctor has found the injuries sustained by the informant to be simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of injuries, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No.285 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
