It has been submitted that in the cause, title of original petition, the name of petitioner's father has wrongly been mentioned as Ram Janam Singh" in place of "Ram Janam Sharma" and due to that, same mistake occurred in the order dated 15-10-2015 by which, petitioner has been granted privilege of bail. Counsel for the petitioner seeks and is permitted to make necessary correction in the original petition in course of the day.

Accordingly, the order dated 15-10-2015 is modified to the extent that the name of petitioner's father, mentioned as Ram Janam Singh" in the cause, title of the order, be read as "Ram

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33012 of 2015 (4) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 Janam Sharma".

All the terms and conditions will remain the same as mentioned in the order dated 15-10-2015.
