JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(ii)/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with similar allegation, other accused persons, namely, Rakesh Kumar Mandal, Ramesh Thakur & Sufiyan @ Sofiyan @ Karamat Ali has been granted regular bail by this Court by orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52184 of 2014, Cr. Misc. No. 1040 of 2015 and Cr. Misc No. 3963 of 2015, web copy of which has been produced before me.

In view of the submission as above, let petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51259 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria P.S. Case No. 342 of 2014.
