JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 447, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the altercation had taken place due to the dispute arising out of use of some "Nala". As per the allegation, petitioner no. 1 had assaulted the son of the informant by brick and petitioner no. 2 had assaulted the informant by spade due to which he had received injury in his right thigh and it is contended that both the injuries are simple in nature.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48573 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, namely, Upendra Yadav and Ranjeet Kumar @ Butiya, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa (Nalanda), in Hilsa (Chiksoura) Police Station Case No. 444/2014.
