The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction for revising his pay-scale in tune with the government notification, issued vide Memo No. 3590/F dated 24.05.2017 read with Memo No. 8145 dated 13.10.2017, as also for making payment for the period of seven months that he has worked after his superannuation and for other benefits which have been detailed in the present writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3628 of 2019 dt.26-02-2019 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that representation to that effect has been made by the petitioner before the Block Development Officer, Sonbhadra (Banshi Suryapur) in the district of Arwal, which has yet not been responded to / acted upon.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Block Development Officer, Sonbhadra (Banshi Suryapur), Arwal (Respondent No. 4), detailing his grievances, within a period of three weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the concerned respondent shall dispose it off by passing a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks thereafter. With the aforesaid observation / direction, this petition stands disposed off.
