JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2018 The petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to grant recognition in favour of Ramyash Ram Sinhasan Singh Primary-cum- Sanskrit School, Jahagirpur in the District of Sheohar. The petitioner claims to be the elected Secretary of the said School. It is asserted that the School was established on 07.05.1979 but the respondents, despite repeated efforts having been made by the Managing Committee of the School, have not granted affiliation.

2. It is not clear from the pleadings on record as to whether the petitioner has taken steps for grant of recognition by making application in accordance with law.

3. In that background, no positive order can be passed as is being sought in the present writ application.

4. It will, however, be open to the petitioner to file proper application before Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board in accordance with the Bihar Sanskrit School Recognition Rules, 1993 as amended from time to time. If such application is made, the Court expects that respondents shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law.

5. This application stands disposed of.
