The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Nautan P. S. Case No. 370 of 2019 for offences under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was involved in duping the people in depositing Rs. 1300/- along with form; approximately 500 persons deposited the money along with the form aggregating to Rs. 8/- lacs out of which a sum of Rs. 1,60,881/- was used by this petitioner for private work but not returned back as yet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The informant and his wife are Vice Coordinators in the same Organization. Due to the

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and allegation that the petitioner has not paid back Rs. 1,60,881/- out of the fund collected by the Organization, namely, Mira Shukla Lok Seva Kendra, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P. S. Case No. 370 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
