Patna High Court CWJC No.3908 of 2019 dt.01-03-2019 2/3 complained before the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur, alleging that he is being bypassed and the files are directly routed from the Assistant Clerk to the Officer concerned. Since the petitioner is a hard working employee, he does not feel comfortable in taking the salary without discharging his work, which normally should have been entrusted to him.

2. It further appears from the writ petition that when no action was taken by the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur, the petitioner represented before the Regional Deputy Director, Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur, who, in his wisdom, has asked the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur to respond to the charges levelled by the petitioner against the functioning of the Department vis-avis the petitioner. Despite the Regional Deputy Director, Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur having taken cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner, no order has been passed either at his end or by the District Education Officer, Muzaffapur.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3908 of 2019 dt.01-03-2019 3/3 submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction be issued to the Regional Deputy Director, Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 3) to dispose off the representation filed by the petitioner about which reference has been made above.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the Regional Deputy Director, Education, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 3) is directed to dispose off the representation of the petitioner, which is pending at his level, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
