The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 18.11.2021 in Cr. Misc. No.24466 of 2021 on the ground that petitioner is alleged to be the main assailant.

This is the second attempt of the petitioner to renew his bail, the Court does not feel persuaded to release the petitioner on bail.
