The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 463 of 2014 registered under Section 120B, 379 of Indian Penal Code with regard to theft of motorcycle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not named in the First Information Report and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 463 of 2014(G.R. No. 4675 of 2014).
