JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was registered against unknown persons but in course of investigation, it came to light that the deceased had inimical term with Md. Naeem and the aforesaid Md. Naeem hatched up a conspiracy along with the petitioner and got eliminated the deceased. The above-said fact was confessed by co-accused persons.

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Md. Ayub and Md. Shiblee have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54899 of 2015 (3) dt.25-02-2016 the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Karjain P.S.
