Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.03.2014 in a case registered under section 363, 366A, 372, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, it was co-accused Kaushal Raut, who took the victim and it is only stated that petitioner also accompanied co-accused Kaushal Raut as well as victim and thereafter, petitioner established illicit relation with the victim. The aforesaid facts were disclosed by the informant on the basis of information given by Kaushal Raut, who admitted that he has solemnized his marriage with victim. Moreover, charge sheet has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Pupri at Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S.Case No. 53 of 2014.
