Petitioner is accused in connection with Trial No. 31 of 2019 arising out of CIS No. 47 of 2019 appertaining to N.C.B. Case F. No. NCB/PZU/V/13/2019 (NDPS Case No. 18 of 2019) registered under Sections 8, 2, 20, 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 67469 of 2019 on 15.11.2019 with liberty that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Further submission is that charge has already
