1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioners have filed the present writ application for

Patna High Court CWJC No.18347 of 2016(3) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 quashing the order, dated 28.03.2016, passed, in Appeal No. 24 of 2014, by the District Appellate Authority, Nalanda (Bihar Sharif).

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the petitioners, without approaching the State Appellate Authority, have approached this Court.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioners have directly approached this Court without approaching the State Appellate Authority, this writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the State Appellate Authority for redressal of their grievance.

5. It is made clear that if an appeal is filed by the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today, along with a petition for condonation of delay, the State Appellate Authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.
