This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considered the postmortem report from which it appears that the deceased has committed suicide. Considering the relationship of the deceased with the petitioner, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur, in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section
