1. No one appears for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents-State of Bihar is present.

2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for directing the respondent-authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Block Teacher in compliance of the order dated 31.7.2012 passed in Appeal no.328 of 2012 by the District Teachers Appellate Authority, Siwan.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents referring to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos. 3, 5 and 6 and more particularly to the statement made in paragraph no.18

Patna High Court CWJC No.17571 of 2015(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 thereof submits that the order dated 31.7.2012 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Siwan as contained in Memo no.456 dated 31.7.2012 has been complied and implemented by the respondents and the petitioner has been appointed on the post of Block Teacher.

4. In view of the above categorical stand of the respondents in their counter affidavit as stated hereinabove, the writ application stands disposed of.
