The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Farbishganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of Indian Penal Code.

However, during investigation, the name of the petitioner has find place on confessional statement of co-accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he put on T.I. Parade. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbishganj P.S. Case No. 252 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48430 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 shall be close relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and trial court after due verification of this fact confirm the bail bond of the petitioner.
