Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but informant has given the name of petitioner only on the ground that deceased was in the company of the petitioner and others before recovery of his dead body.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation coaccused Dilip Rai, Nand Kishore Rai and Ajay Rai have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Aurai P.S. Case no. 39/2015.
