The present contempt application has been filed to initiate the contempt proceeding for failure to carry out the order dated 09.08.2017 passed in CWJC No.367 of 2017 by which this Court has directed to consider the case of the petitioner and take decision in accordance with law.

An order dated 10.02.2018 has been attached with the show cause that deliberate the case of the petitioner but rejected the claim of the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the contempt proceeding is dropped.
