JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and the accusation against him is that he had illicit relation with his sister-in-law (Bhabhi) and due to the aforesaid illicit relation he along with his Bhabhi Gita Devi committed murder of the deceased. The independent witnesses, examined in course of investigation, stated that they came to know that deceased had committed suicide and her dead body was disposed of in backside of the house.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th
