ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.814 of 2013 corresponding to Lakhisarai P.S. case No.444 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 384, 387, 447, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge V, Lakhisarai. In view of the report of the Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai that all witnesses have been examined during trial, I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for bail is once again rejected.
