The petitioner is the elder brother of Sujit Kumar Paswan, who is accused in kidnapping of victim girl namely, Kajal Kumari.

In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner has no locus standi to interfere in the matter.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
