The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1259 of 2019, for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 36 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 06.01.2020. He further submits that in the instant case total 49.08 litres of foreign liquor was seized. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to him. The petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail
