Having given consideration to the order of rejection passed by the Controller of Examination, Patna University dated 29.08.2016, contained in Annexure-7 and keeping in mind that the thesis was submitted on 30.01.2016 but the Bank Draft was for one reason or the other not accepted and it could only be done on 01.02.2016 since 30.01.2016 was Saturday, 31.01.2016 was Sunday, the impugned order contained in Annexure-7 is quashed. The
