The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Yadopur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2014 registered under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the consumers have alleged that petitioner has committed irregularities in distributing the food grains. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 26.10.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Gopalganj, in connection with Yadopur P. S. Case No. 79 of 2014.
