This Court is satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this application and the prayer made therein for restoration of M.A. No. 571 of 2014 is allowed.

Accordingly, M.A. No. 571 of 2014 is restored to its original file and two weeks' further time is given to comply the order failing which M.A. No. 571 of 2014 shall again rejected without further reference to a Bench.
