The petitioner apprehends his arrest in CBI/ACB Case NoRC0232015A0001/2015, R.C. Case No.1(A)/2015 registered under Sections 120-B read with Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 13(2), read with 13(i)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

The allegation is that petitioner was appointed on the post of GDS, BPM on the basis of the forged certificate obtained from Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna and Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad.

Considering the facts aforesaid facts and many others similarly situated accused persons who got appoint on the post of GDS,BMP on the basis of forged certificate have already been granted anticipatory bail, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge CBI-II, Patna in connection with CBI/ACB Case No-RC0232015A0001/2015, R.C. Case No.1(A)/2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
