The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeal of the petitioners is pending before the respondent no. 2, hence he be directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law considering the letter of the Education department, Government of Bihar contained in letter no. 240 dated 19.02.2014. 2.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the appeal of the petitioners within eight weeks from today considering the aforesaid letter dated 19.02.2014.
