Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under sections 307/34 Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the FIR does not disclose who had fired the shot. Further, no case under the aforesaid sections is made out against the petitioners who do not have any criminal antecedent.

In the facts of the case, provisional bail allowed to the petitioners under order dated 18.2.2019 is hereby confirmed on the following conditions:-

(1) Petitioners shall cooperate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the Court and shall remain physically present, as directed by the Court and on their absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, their bail-bond shall be cancelled by the Court below.

(2) If the petitionerd tamper with the evidence or the
