Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.
The present petition has been filed for quashing of the first information report bearing Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 295 of 2019 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 341, 504, 506 and 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and devar against whom general and omni bus
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.457 of 2021(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 allegations are there in the first information report. Counsel submits that they are on bail.
From the contents of first information report it transpires that there is allegation of commission of crime which has been recorded in video and audio.
It is due to this reason of this level, I am not inclined to interfere in this case and this criminal writ is hereby dismissed.
Liberty is hereby granted to the petitioners that they may raise the said issue at appropriate stage before appropriate forum.
