JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-12-2022 The limited prayer made in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to consider and dispose off the application filed by the petitioner for grant of arms license on 11.06.2020.

The learned counsel for the respondent-State has submitted that the application filed by the petitioner for grant of arms license is under process and shall be disposed off, expeditiously.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to dispose off the application of
