The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rivilganj P.S. Case No. 368 of 2019, registered under Sections 188, 272 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 30, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, and 18, 182 and 184 of the Motor Vehicles Act.

The accusation is of recovery of several bottles of Indian made foreign liquor in volume 82.920 liters from Breza Car from which one Ugrasen Kumar was apprehended, who on query disclosed the name of the petitioner and others to whom bottles of the liquor were to be supplied.

Submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 07.12.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Case No. 368 of 2019 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra.
