It has been submitted that the father‟s name and address of the Petitioner has wrongly been typed in the Petition although it is correct in the Vakalatnama and accordingly, in the order dated 03.03.2015, by which the Petitioner has been granted bail, address of the Petitioner and his father‟s name have wrongly been typed.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the address of the Petitioner and his father‟s name.

Accordingly, the Cause Title of the order dated 03.03.2015 be read as "Rahul Singh @ Billa @ Tinku Singh, son of Late Ruplal Singh, resident of village - Dharamganj, Police

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49036 of 2014 (3) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 Station & District - Kishanganj" in place of „Rahul Singh @ Billa @ Tinku Singh, son of Umesh Prasad, resident of villageDhurgaon, Police Station-Ekangarsarai, District-Nalanda.‟ The Cause Title of the order dated 03.03.2015 stands modified/corrected to the aforesaid extent.

Let this order be communicated to Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.326 of 2014.
