Case No. 257 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Dead body of daughter of informant was found in a field and he suspects the hands of the petitioner as she had illicit relationship with the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except suspicion there is absolutely nothing against him and he is in custody since 21.11.2019.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7283 of 2020(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 257 of 2018.
