JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are not disposing of the departmental proceeding which is pending since the year 2011.

In view of the limited relief sought for by the petitioner regarding disposal of the departmental proceeding, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the departmental authorities to ensure the disposal of the departmental proceeding within a period of four months from today, failing which the pending departmental proceeding would stand abated.

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
