The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mojahidpur P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 394, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.05.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and similarly circumstanced co-accused have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
